Lopaka Rootz is a singer, songwriter, and musician from Kailua Kona, Hawaii. His music is a unique fusion of fun, positive, upbeat reggae with a message of inspiration and gratitude.
He is well known for his 2020 single Living My Best Life and his reggae rendition of George Strait’s Blue Clear Sky. Other hit songs include the most recent release, Daydream ft. Ryan Hiraoka, Lemon Pie ft. Kash’d Out, The Three L’s, Eddie, The Ocean, Takin’ It Easy, Ganjaprenuer, Harvest ft. Josh Heinrichs and Skillinjah, and the tropical holiday song Skankin’ Around the Coconut Tree. He is also featured on Kai Boy’s (formerly of Iration) song Forgive and Forget and Brother Mikey’s People Gon’ Use.
