About Blue Ribbon Pavilion | Indianapolis, IN
Just south west of the Coliseum, the 69,000 sq. ft. Blue Ribbon Pavilion is used for a variety of events including consumer, exhibit, sport, and trade shows, but can also easily adapt to host large banquets, seminars, and spectator events.

What items are permitted or prohibited at this venue?
All guests entering through gates are subject to search. The following items are not permitted:
Aerosol Cans
Alcoholic Beverages
Banners, Signs, or flags on poles
Bicycles, tricycles, or unicycles
Foot powered or electric scooters (such as Bird, Lime, or Lyft scooter)
Skateboards, hoverboards, roller skates, or inline skates
UAV – drones
Animals such as pets and emotional support animals (service animals are allowed)
Balloons
Beach Balls
Commercial A/V Equipment
Fireworks, sparklers, or explosives
Glass Bottles
Hard-sided coolers
Illegal Substances (drugs, paraphernalia, etc.)
Bags larger than 9” x 10” x 12”
Lasers
Noisemakers
Sticks, Bats, Poles
Weapons, Firearms, Knives
Can I bring a bag into the show?
All bags must be 9” x 10” x 12” or smaller. All bags are subject to search prior to entering the Indiana State Fairgrounds. All bags larger than 9” x 10” x 12” will need to be returned to a vehicle or home before entering the Fairgrounds. Lockers are not available for those who arrive with oversized bags. Any prohibited items must be returned to a vehicle or home of they will be confiscated by public safety personnel and not returned. Fairgoers are not limited to the number of bags smaller than 9” x 10” x 12” that they bring in, and all bags may be searched. Any carry-in items for family care such as diaper bags, snacks, or water for children or medical reasons will be permitted – no medical proof or note needed.
What’s the parking situation like?
Gates open at 9AM. Parking is $10 in the Infield. Cars & vans may enter through the 38th St. Main Gate, Fall Creek Parkway Gate, or Gate 10 at the northeast corner on 42nd Street. Guests can also park at the Indiana School for the Deaf off of 42nd Street for $10.
What is the camera/photo policy for this venue?
No professional cameras. Contact The Vogue if you are interested in securing media credentials for the show.
