Can I bring a bag into the show?

No bags or purses larger than 12” x 12” are allowed. All guests entering the venue are subject to a bag inspection. No large bags or backpacks will be allowed in the building without prior authorization.

What’s the parking situation like?

Taft Theatre is within walking distance to several parking lots, the Central Riverfront Garage, and the Cincinnati Bell Connector.

What is the camera/photo policy for this venue?

No professional cameras. Contact Taft Theatre if you are interested in securing media credentials for the show.

Is there food and drink at this venue?

The Taft Theatre has a bar offering a selection of beer, wine, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, there is a small selection of chips, nuts, and candy available for purchase.

There is no re-entry for all events at Taft Theatre.

Do you offer ADA, handicap or special needs options?

The Taft Theatre is fully equipped with ADA Accessible entrances and seating. Please note that the ADA seating uses consecutive odd numbers. Each odd-numbered seat can be an accessible space or a companion seat. Patrons planning to attend with a companion should purchase two ADA-accessible tickets. Patrons MUST SPECIFY if they need ADA, hearing impaired, or visually impaired seating at the time of ticket purchase. A ticket will be sold in the designated ADA section on a best available basis. ADA tickets can be purchased at www.Ticketmaster.com or at the venue box office during operating hours.

I lost something at the show. Who do I contact?

If you lost something at a concert or event, please email Taft Theatre at info@memi.biz with a detailed description of your lost item and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that lost items will be recycled or thrown away after 21 days.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds are given with the exception of cancelled or rescheduled concerts. All sales are final. Date, times, and artists are subject to change without notice.

Beware of counterfeit tickets. How do I tell if my ticket is valid?

Taft Theatre uses Ticketmaster as its exclusive ticketing provider. All valid tickets will be issued through Ticketmaster Customers are discouraged against purchasing tickets from the secondary ticket market and should do so at your own risk.

Can I purchase tickets in person without fees?

Yes! The box office does not charge a service/convenience fee on tickets that at are paid for with cash. Purchases completed made using a credit or debit card will be subject to a $2 per ticket fee.
