Helium’s Main Showroom is 18+ unless otherwise noted. Shows taking place in our Upstairs showroom are 21+.

The Blue Garage is located below the club/mall on Georgia St. Their fees range from $7-$30 per 24-hour stay. There is also some limited street parking in the area.

Patrons may take personal photographs before or after the show. Taking pictures and videotaping shows during the show without the club’s and the artist’s written consent is strictly prohibited.

Please Note: This policy is subject to change on a show-by-show basis. Some shows may require your phone to be put away upon entering the venue.

Helium’s main showroom is fully accessible. Call the box office for more information. They encourage all patrons who have a disability to reach out to us to make accommodations.

Please Note: The upstairs showroom does not have an accessible entrance.

All sales are final. Helium does offer ticket protection on some of their shows.

Ticket Protection is insurance that allows you to cancel your order to receive a venue credit toward a future event. It can be added to most orders at the time of purchase but cannot be added after the order has been placed.

To redeem your Ticket Protection and receive a venue credit toward a future event, please send an email to protection@heliumcomedy.com with your order number no less than 24 hours before showtime.
