Ross Hollow is a multigenre unsigned band based out of Indianapolis. Fans have described Ross Hollow’s sound as classic, energizing, eclectic and thought-provoking. Their live set will keep you guessing and excited for the next tune. It has the kind of catchy melodies and verve that keeps you humming the songs long after you’ve heard them for the first time. With roots in New England, the Southwest, Chicago, The Carolinas, Mississippi Delta, and Indiana, Ross Hollow’s music transports you to all these places and more, with driving bass, funkadelic, melodic guitar riffs, wailing harmonica, scintillating ebony and ivory stylings, catchy horn lines, and the backbeat that just won’t stop. Stylistic influences include The White Stripes, The Lumineers, Brandi Carlile and The Allman Brothers. If cornered to put the group into a sizable pigeon-hole, one might say it is a fusion of Rock, Blues, Americana and modern Indie music. They have released 2 full length studio albums: Horizon (2019), and Fine (2020). They have gone on 2 national tours and were planning on 3 more until the pandemic hit. Their most recent release, Fine, is an evolution of sound that only comes with playing together for several years. They have a 3rd album set to come out mid 2021.
