General admission tickets for the Semifinals are $12. Tickets are available at the door on the night of the show.  Each artist has a limited number of online presale tickets available through a private access code or just show up on the night of the show and grab your tickets at the box office.

The Battle of the Band is the ultimate showcase of Indiana talent. 72 bands perform over the course of 16 weeks seeking the grand prize of $10,000 and touring van. First and Semifinal rounds are held at HI-FI in Fountain Square culminating with the finals at The Vogue in Broad Ripple. The Battle of the Bands features local bands, musicians and emcees hailing from Indianapolis and across the entire state. A unique formula of audience and judges votes determine which local bands will advance to the next round.

Imitators come and go, but there is only one “Battle”.

After a long hiatus, the original Battle of the Bands is back. For 7 years the The Battle, or B.O.B as it was called, was the highest attended weekly local music event in the city. Now, the creators have resurrected the event which returns with the same format and prizes that it left off with nearly 10 years ago.
