Easy Rider Diner is HI-FI’s connected restaurant, serving up traditional American diner fare with a Southwestern twist. Start your day with homestyle brunch favorites like biscuits and gravy and chicken & waffles, or come for dinner to enjoy staples like the tenderloin sandwich, Cuban, and smash burgers—there’s something for everyone in your party!

The bar at Easy Rider has become the go-to pre-show hangout, featuring a full selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Specialty cocktails like the Redneck Barbie, Christopher Oaxacan, and mimosa flights add an extra kick to your dining experience.

Reservations & Free Show Posters Reservations aren’t required but are recommended, especially on busy show nights to help you get to your show on time. Plus, if you make a reservation in advance, you’ll receive a free show poster from that night’s event—just ask your server! (Available only for guests with advance reservations.) On busy show nights, Easy Rider opens its connected door to HI-FI, allowing guests to flow freely between both spaces with additional access to a bar, diner seating, and restrooms. It’s the perfect way to kick off a seamless pre-show experience!
