On Wednesday night (January 29th), Chicago indie band Whitney performed at The Vogue Theatre for their second stop on the ‘Forever Turned Around’ tour. As the lights grew dark, crowd members could feel the energy beginning to build; the sound of laughter and cheering began to swell throughout the room. Once Whitney hit the stage with their buttery vocals, swinging rhythms, and heart-plucking harmonies, everyone was in full swing. With Julien Ehrlich front and center on drums/vocals, the band played a medley of songs, from both their newest album and 2016’s ‘Light Upon the Lake’.
