Their debut EP, “Fade To Blue,” produced by three-time Grammy award-winning producer David Bottrill (TOOL, Rush, Godsmack, Mastodon, Muse, Coheed and Cambria) and mastered by the skilled engineer Maor Appelbaum (Faith No More, Dream Theater, Meat Loaf, Eric Gales), stands as a testament to their unwavering spirit and artistic passion.

Austin’s path to recovery was marked by the shadow of thyroid cancer and a surgery that initially silenced his voice. Out of this crucible, Bastion Rose emerged.

“Fade To Blue” seamlessly weaves ethereal soundscapes with potent guitar riffs, anchored by Bastion Rose’s distinctive blend of soulful vocals, intricate guitar craftsmanship, and a dynamic rhythm section. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of musical influences, from timeless classics like Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, and Lynyrd Skynyrd to contemporary giants like TOOL and Foo Fighters, Bastion Rose crafts true rock anthems.

Bastion Rose debuted their first two singles, “Coming For You” and “Halo Devil” in the summer of 2023. September 2023 marked a pivotal moment as the band signed with Epictronic Records, following their international management deal with Deadfall Artist Management. Their forthcoming EP, “Fade To Blue,” will proudly bear the Epictronic Records insignia, underscoring the label’s commitment to nurturing exceptional talent.
