After nearly two decades of no new releases, The Lemonheads released “Togetherness Is All I’m After” on September 15th, 2025, marking the beginning of their legendary return. Their latest album of original songs, Love Chant, releases on Friday, October 24th – right in time to launch their Love Chant World Tour. They will be performing at HI-FI on December 18th.

Co-written by Evan Dando and John Strohm of Blake Babies, “Togetherness Is All I’m After” represents a somber yet passionate sense of nostalgia. Its melody lulls across smooth guitars, mellow drumlines, and fuzzy vocals that tug at listeners’ heartstrings. Fans across the decades will dwell on these lyrics for as long as time allows. After all, that’s what The Lemonheads are known for: everlasting resonance.

Love Chant Releases on October 24th
To celebrate their return, The Lemonheads will release their new album, Love Chant, on October 24th. Lead singer Evan Dando revives his classic rock ‘n’ roll sound, with contributions from special guests including Tom Morgan, Erin Rae, Juliana Hatfield, and more. The album opens with the hard-hitting, heart-wrenching tracks “In the Margin” and “Deep End,” while the single “The Key of Victory” offers slower, more reflective sounds.
The Lemonheads will commence their Love Chant World Tour in November. Catch their comeback performance live at HI-FI on December 18th.
