Reach out to boxoffice@hifiindy.com (All HI-FI shows) or boxoffice@mokbpresents.com (all MOKB shows) for assistance.

I have a question about a show at Old National Centre, White River State Park or Ruoff Home Mortgage Center?

MOKB Presents also books, promotes and co-promotes concerts and events that utilize other ticketing platforms. Old National Centre, White River State Park and Ruoff Home Mortgage Center use the Ticketmaster Platform. Tickets to these shows are available via Ticketmaster.com, Live Nation, venue box offices and all Ticketmaster outlets. Questions about a ticket issue for one of these shows can be expedited by reaching out to the box office at the venue, through the Ticketmaster app or inquiring through your point of purchase.

Are there any retail or physical locations I can purchase tickets without a service fee?

The HI-FI Box office and Virginia Ave Mercantile are the only locations where you can purchase tickets in person, with no service fee. This includes all HI-FI and MOKB Presents shows that use the TIXR or SeeTickets platforms. These box office locations are on the first floor of the Murphy Building.
