GENERAL INFORMATION

COVID-19 Safety Message

For all three shows at Garfield Park, safety protocols will follow CDC guidance as outlined below.

• If you are feeling sick, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been in close contact with an individual who has tested positive or is suspected to have contracted COVID-19 – please wear a mask.
• In areas with high COVID-19 cases, consider wearing a mask at crowded outdoor settings and for activities with close contact with others who may not be fully vaccinated
• People who have a condition or are taking medications that weaken their immune system may not be fully protected even if they are fully vaccinated. They should continue to take all precautions recommended for unvaccinated people, including wearing a well-fitted mask, until advised otherwise by their healthcare provider
• If you are fully vaccinated, to maximize protection from the latest variant and prevent possibly spreading it to others, wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial high transmission
• If you are not fully vaccinated and aged 2 or older, you should wear a mask at indoor public places

All of our safety precautions are subject to change at any time and are always based on the safety of our performing artists, employees and fans. Please do your part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. If you are able, make plans to be vaccinated immediately.

Ticket Brokers, Re-Sellers & Counterfeit Tickets

Buyers Beware: Only purchase tickets from authorized outlets. Our official ticketing partner is See Tickets and will be the only tickets accepted at events. We strongly caution against purchasing tickets from third parties and individuals on Craigslist, Facebook and StubHub. It is the buyers responsibility to verify the validity of the tickets. When presented with counterfeit tickets at the gate, our only option is deny entry. It pains us to do this, after you spent your hard earned money, but it’s our only course of action.

Reserved Seating (For shows with reserved ticket options)

Reserved seating is available in the lower level of the main amphitheatre. These are the best seats in the house. The middle seating section is bleacher seating and is part of our general admission area. Bleacher seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets, you will be able to pick your exact seat location for most shows. Please refer to the seating map when purchasing tickets. For shows that are entirely general admission seating, the front section (seated area) is available on a first come, first served basis.
