MOKB Concerts Now Cashless
MOKB Presents concerts at Nickel Plate District AMP are now cashless. Please plan ahead when attending an event. All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay.
Box Office, Will Call & Onsite Ticket Sales
The box office is located next to the Splash Park building near the back of the venue (just to the left of the main event entrance) and is accessible from either side of Municipal Drive. The box office opens 1 hour before the scheduled door time for ticket sales, questions and support. If tickets are still available, they can be purchased online or at the box office on the day of the show. Our onsite box office accepts cash or credit cards for payment.
Ticket Brokers, Re-Sellers & Counterfeit Tickets
The only tickets accepted for this event are authorized tickets from Tixr. We cannot guarantee tickets bought from third party sites and brokers including Vivid Seats, Facebook Marketplace, Stub Hub, etc. Buyers beware! There are many individuals and companies out there selling fake tickets. We don’t want you to be taken advantage of. If you arrive with an invalid ticket, you will have to purchased a valid ticket at the gate. Unauthorized or invalid tickets will NOT be admitted to the event. Only purchase tickets from authorized outlets.

Fix The Tix. This site allows you to file a claim against the broker, and in some cases receive some support in fighting for your refund.

FixtheTix.org. Nicke Plate VIP Upgrade + Artist Meet & Greet Packages
Nickel Plate VIP Upgrade: If you purchased the VIP Upgrade package that includes access to the VIP tent and bar, you will enter through a designated line at the main gates. Look for the ADA/Priority entrance. Once you go through the gates you will receive your wristband that grants access to the VIP area.
Artist Meet & Greet Packages: If you purchased an artist meet and greet package, look for an advance email message that will indicate where to go and what time. Typically, these take place an hour before the doors open though every tour can be different. Please default to the messaging you received from the Meet & Greet organizer for details and times.

Security Screening
For the safety of all guests, fans and performers, ALL attendees and their belongings are subject to search for ticketed concerts (metal detector screening, pat-down and/or wanding) prior to entering the venue. All security precautions are conducted to ensure the safety of the event.
Accessibility
The Nickel Plate District Amphitheater is accessible for all abilities. - Parking: Accessible parking is located in the surface parking lot at 3 Municipal Drive, directly adjacent to the venue at the southeast edge. Overflow parking is located in the Fishers Police Department garage at 4 Municipal Dr.. Visit our parking page to see the map of options.
- Restrooms: Portable accessible restrooms will be available on both the East and West sides of the lawn
- Seating: Accessible picnic table seating is available at the back of the front lawn on a first-come, first served basis.
- Sensory Bags + Assisted Listening Devices: Sensory resource bags and assisted-listening devices are available for checkout at the ID check tent.
No Re-Entry
Once your ticket has been scanned, and you have entered the event grounds, re-entry will NOT be permitted.
Lawn/Folding Chairs
Personal lawn/folding chairs and blankets are permitted in the main lawn area only. Guests are allowed one lawn chair per person. Please be mindful of the limited amount of space we have and keep your footprint to a minimum. Any lawn chairs that are set up in the front pit area or in the lawn area near the stage will be asked to relocate to the main lawn area in the center of the venue.
Permitted Items & Activities
Permitted and restricted items may vary by show. Below is a general list of permitted and non-permitted items and activities. Ticket buyers will receive information prior to the show with any updates.
- Lawn Chairs (1 per person) and ONLY in designated lawn area
- Blankets / Towels and ONLY in designated lawn area. Must be under 60″ x 30″ – No extra large beach towels
- Small purse and personal bags will be allowed (no larger than 12″x 12″ / No Backpacks or Camelbacks) – ALL bags are subject to inspection
- Small, handheld umbrellas
- Empty, reusable water bottles (refill station near bathrooms)
- Strollers
- Binoculars
- Poster tubes
- Documented service animals
Non-Permitted Items & Activities
- No pass-outs or re-entry
- No outside food or beverages, unless it’s for an infant
- No coolers
- No backpacks, duffle bags, CamelBaks or other bags larger than 12″ x 12″
- No glass of any kind
- No firearms or weapons of any kind which includes pocket knives, pepper spray, mace, multi-tools etc.
- No illegal substances, drugs, smoking or vaping (in compliance with governing ordinances)
- No audio or video recording devices (personal or professional) which also includes selfie sticks, tripods and monopods
- No pets or non-documented service animals
- No air horns or noisemakers of any type
- No fireworks or flares
- No flash photography, professional cameras or removable lenses (without an approved media credential)
- No laser pens or laser products of any type
- No skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, rollerblades, bikes (bike parking is located throughout Nickel Plate District)
- No large, oversized signs or signs on sticks (must be 11×17 or smaller)
- No fighting, public drunkenness or threatening behavior
- No throwing objects
- No soliciting, commercial activities (including vending) or distribution of promotional materials without a permit or written consent from event/venue management
All Ages & Children
Children 2 years old or under will be admitted at no charge with a paid adult ticket to the General Admission Lawn area. If your event features reserved or pit area and lawn seating, you must purchase a reserved ticket for them to accompany you in the reserved seating or Pit area. Children must be supervised at all times.
Parking & Parking Lots

ID Check & Adult Beverages
In order to consume alcohol you must be 21 years of age with a valid state or government issued ID. Unfortunately we are not able to accept paper, temporary or expired ID’s. The ID check station(s) will be located near the main entrances. Present your ID for age verification to obtain your 21+ wristband. Our ID check station is located inside the main gate. Be sure to stop and get a wristband, as you will need one to enter the bar area.
Any guests found to be offering or purchasing alcoholic beverages for a minor will be immediately removed from the event without a refund.
Reserved or Pit Sections
For some shows, General Admission Pit OR Reserved Section may be available. If your event has this option, and you purchased this ticket type, this area is located in the main area in front of the stage. When arriving, enter the main entrance and then proceed to the pit area, a member of the security team will issue you a pit wristband if your ticket grants access to this area. Once inside the pit area, it is a general admission area on a first come first served basis. There are no seats in this area and chairs/towls are not permitted. Standing room only.

Can I bring in lawn chairs?

Do I need a ticket for my kids?
Kids 5 and under may enter the general admission area of the event free of charge with a paid adult ticket holder. For shows with reserved seating, children under 5 will need to have a paid reserved ticket in order to sit in the Reserved Pit area.
When does the box office open?
Box Office & Will Call will open 1 hour before the published door times. Box office location will vary by show.

Do you allow re-entry?
Since the duration of most events is 4 hours, and for safety reasons, we do not allow guests to re-enter the shows after leaving the venue for ticketed concerts.
Is there a water station available to the to the public?
For one-off events, we do not have a water refill station. You will be allowed to bring one factory sealed water bottle, per person into the event. We will also have water available for purchase at each of the beverage stations. The purchase of beverages at our events goes directly back into the event which allows us to expand programming at the park, as well as support our non-profit partners.
Where do I park?
Free street and garage parking are available at several locations around the venue. Refer to our
parking page for maps and the latest updates. This includes information on accessible parking and bike parking areas.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
No outside food, drinks, or coolers are permitted, and all bags are subject to search at gate entry for ticketed concerts. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any time due to Indiana excise laws. Only empty water bottles are permitted for use at the water refill stations, no camelbacks.
Food trucks and beer and wine vendors will be on site at all concerts at the NPD AMP.
What happens if inclement weather arrives during the show?
If inclement weather should arise during a concert, an announcement will be made from the stage, followed by evacuation of the venue. Weather and cancellation updates will be posted on the NPD AMP Facebook and Instagram pages, along with MOKB’s Facebook and Instagram. Where are restrooms located?
Public restrooms are located in the Pavilion south of the NPD AMP and include accessible restrooms and changing tables. More public restrooms can be found on the west side of the amphitheater stage. There may also be portable toilets available at large events.
What if my child gets lost during the event?
Lost children will be taken to the Fishers Parks tent and an announcement will be made from the stage to reunite parents with children.
Is there a lost and found?
The NPD AMP is not responsible for any personal belongings or items of any type. However, any item turned into staff will be placed at lost and found at Fishers City Hall for 30 days.
