What are the age restrictions at this venue?

Age restrictions at Fisher’s Event Center will vary depending on the show. Please check the event listing to view the age requirement prior to purchasing tickets.

What items are permitted or prohibited at this venue?

Fishers Event Center is a non-smoking, non-vaping and tobacco free campus. The use of any tobacco based products, e-cigarettes and vaporizers, inside of the Event Center or within the immediate entrances, is strictly prohibited.

Additional prohibited items and behaviors at Fishers Event Center include, but are not limited to:

  • Abusive, foul, or disruptive language.
  • Animals (except service animals).
  • Aerosol cans or pressurized containers.
  • Bags that do not follow the Fishers Event Center clear bag policy, including diaper bags and personal camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications.
  • Batteries: Loose batteries, or batteries not used in a working, permitted device will not be allowed into the Event Center. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the batteries operational use in a permitted device to security personnel upon request.
  • Bottles, cans, glass, and other beverage containers.
  • Cameras with lens longer than 3″ (non-detachable) and camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications.
  • Chairs, booster seats, stools, or other seating devices.
  • Devices deemed suspicious by Event Center security in its sole discretion are prohibited. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate any device’s operational use upon request.
  • Firearms.
  • Food or beverage items.
  • Hover-boards.
  • Illegal drugs, or harmful chemicals.
  • Inflated balls, including beach balls, or any missile or object that can be used as a projectile.
  • Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects).
  • Knives of any length.
  • Laptops or tablets.
  • Large Umbrellas – Must be under 12 inches to be allowed in the building.
  • Laser Pointers.
  • Lights.
  • Masks related to health provisions are permitted; Other masks that cover or conceal identity are not permitted.
  • Noisemakers, including but not limited to, whistles and horns.
  • Outside food or beverages.
  • Pyrotechnics and fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, or incendiary devices.
  • Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones).
  • Signs or flags (no larger than 2’ X 3’), shakers, pom-poms or any item with a pole or stick unless distributed by Fishers Event Center as a gate giveaway.
  • Strollers or car seats.
  • Thermoses/Cups.
  • Ticket scalping.
  • Trespassing, soliciting, peddling, and loitering.
  • Tripods, monopods, and Selfie-Sticks.
  • Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms.

Fishers Event Center Security personnel will review all unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.

Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to the nearest security personnel or Fishers Event Center team member.

Can I bring a bag into the show?

For quickest entry into the Fishers Event Center, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on event day. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter the Event Center:

  • Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag.
  • Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted into the stadium.
  • Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size will not be permitted.
  • Diaper bags must be clear and comply with the Fishers Event Center Clear Bag Policy. Clear diaper bags that meet the Event Center’s bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but are subject to search upon entry.  Baby and infant care items such as bottled formula and small snacks may be brought into the Event Center, however, those items must be carried in a clear bag meeting the bag policy guidelines.
  • Camera bags and cases that accompany any permitted personal device must meet the clear bag policy specifications or will be denied entry.

Exceptions to the Clear Bag Policy will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the door.

Guests with non-complying bags will need to return their items to their cars.

What’s the parking situation like?

Fishers Event Center is located north of Indianapolis, in the new dining and shopping destination Fishers District.

There will be more than 2,000 parking spots available at the Event Center.

Electric vehicle charging stations will be available for guests to utilize during events at Fishers Event Center. The use of charging stations are subject to applicable parking fees.

What is the camera/photo policy for this venue?

Fisher’s Event Center does not permit professional photography without previously approved authorization. Cameras with lens longer than 3″ (non-detachable) and camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications will not be allowed in to Event Center.

Is there food and drink at this venue?

Yes! There are concessions located throughout the Event Center.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

In accordance with Fishers Event Center security procedures, guests may not exit and re-enter the Event Center using the same ticket.

Do you offer ADA, handicap or special needs options?

Accessible seats will be available to purchase online through our ticket provider’s website, Ticketmaster.com, and through the box office during hours of operation.

Fishers Event Center will ensure equal access and enjoyment for all individuals, regardless of ability.  Accessible seating is available for all events at FEC. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for guests with accessible requirements and their companions.  Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat, if available.  Depending on availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.

Ticketmaster provides useful filtering tools through their online platform to help find the accessible seating most suitable for you.  Along the right-hand side of the ticket purchase page, click or tap on the button labeled “Filters,” then turn on the Accessibility slider/toggle below.  From there, you can specify your needs. Once you are satisfied, click or tap “Apply Filters” to see all tickets available that meet your requirements.  Please remember that all seating is subject to availability.

Reasonable accommodation will be made for any individual who may need to exchange their tickets on the day of an event for accessible seating.  ADA ticket relocations are based on first come, first serve, and are limited in availability day of show.

I lost something at the show. Who do I contact?

The Guest Service Center will assist guests with lost and found items, reuniting parents and children, answering questions, Event Center directions, and general information. The guest services center is located near section 109 and you can email them at guestservices@ASMFishers.com

Beware of counterfeit tickets. How do I tell if my ticket is valid?

Ticketmaster is the official ticketing source for the Fishers Event Center. Fishers Event Center does not endorse or recommend any other ticketing provider for events held at its venue. Please use caution when purchasing tickets from any website other than ticketmaster.com for events held at the Event Center. Guests who purchase invalid tickets from a third party or re-sale site must contact that vendor for resolution. If you have already purchased tickets from a re-seller, the safest way to ensure that your tickets are valid is to insist that the re-seller transfers the tickets to your Ticketmaster account (there is no cost for the re-seller to do this). Tickets can also be purchased onsite at the Fishers Event Center Ticket Office during open hours of operation.
