What are the age restrictions at this venue?
The Old National Center Events Plaza is typically an all-ages venue. However some shows may not be appropriate for younger audiences. Please contact the box office to learn more about program content.
What items are permitted or prohibited at this venue?
The following items are PROHIBITED

- Video cameras or audio recorders
- Weapons of any kind (Guns, Knives, etc.)
- Computers, Laptops, or Tablets
- Outside food or beverage
- Cans, bottles, coolers, or similar containers

Can I bring a bag into the show?
All purses and bags entering the venue must be clear and no larger than 13″x13″. Small clutch purses (no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ in size) and medical bags are permitted. Other bags, including diaper bags, are not allowed in the venue.
Some events will not require clear bags, check Know Before You Go for more info. All bags are subject to search. Guests will be required to return prohibited items to their vehicle or discard prior to entry. See Prohibited Items for detail.
What’s the parking situation like?
Old National Events Plaza’s main lot offers 1100 free spaces adjacent to the facility. ADA accessible parking is available in their main lot facing 9th Street. Limited ADA accessible parking is available on a first come first served basis in front of the venue along Locust Street.
What is the camera/photo policy for this venue?
The permitted use of cameras varies by event. However, cameras with professional lenses, detachable lenses or detachable flashes are prohibited from the theatre. Use of video cameras, audio recording devices, and digital cameras in video mode are strictly prohibited. Use of any of these items may results in confiscation or possible ejection from the facility. These are general rules and can be overridden based on the request of a certain attraction or promoter.
Is there food and drink at this venue?
A variety of concession options are available at most public events. Outside food and beverage are not permitted into the venue.
Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into the Old National Events Plaza, guests are not permitted to exit and re-enter the venue. Please note, there is no designated smoking area at Old National Events Plaza.
Do you offer ADA, handicap or special needs options?
Yes! The Old National Events Plaza is compliant with the American Disability Act. Their team will make every effort to accommodate guests and comply with state and federal accessibility regulations. Please contact the box office for assistance.
Where is the box office located?
The Old National Events Plaza Box Office is located just inside the main entrance along Locust Street between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and 9th Street. Please enter through the doors marked Aiken Theatre.
I lost something at the show. Who do I contact?
Lost and Found items are logged with the Receptionist at the Main Entrance. If you have lost an item, please call 812-435-5770.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the time or date of the show has been changed. Refunds are available at the point of purchase.
Beware of counterfeit tickets. How do I tell if my ticket is valid?
Old National Events Plaza uses Ticketmaster as its exclusive ticketing provider. All valid tickets will be issued through Ticketmaster. Customers are discouraged against purchasing tickets from the secondary ticket market and should do so at your own risk.
